Our development philosophy

Human-first, then AI

We prioritize human supporters (coaches, physios, parents) creating personalized plans before adding AI features. Technology amplifies human guidance-it doesn't replace it.

Mission-locked decisions

Every feature asks: "Does this help athletes own their development?" If a revenue opportunity compromises athlete trust, we don't do it.

Slow and sustainable

We'd rather grow slower and stay true than chase growth at the expense of our values. This is a 10+ year project, not a quick exit.

Community-informed

Early users shape what we build next. We review this roadmap quarterly based on real feedback, not assumptions.
